Mito offers more wavelength combinations
Mito's current premium panel families use four, six or eight wavelengths depending on the series. Joovv's Generation 3.0 Mini and Solo use 660 nm red and 850 nm near infrared light.
Joovv is built around expansion
Joovv describes its Generation 3.0 system as modular. The Mini and Solo can become parts of larger Half Max, Duo, Max, Quad and Elite configurations. That matters if you want to start with less coverage and expand the same system later.
Controls solve different problems
MitoPRO X and MitoADAPT 4.0 emphasize configurable light output and modes. Joovv combines onboard controls with optional Bluetooth and app features. Decide whether you care more about configuring the light itself or expanding and managing a modular setup.
Warranty and returns
Joovv currently states a two year warranty and a sixty day return period for Generation 3.0. Confirm the current terms for both brands and the exact device before purchase.
What this comparison cannot tell you
Different wavelength counts and software features do not establish that one brand will produce better health outcomes for you. Product features and clinical evidence are separate questions.
