The biggest difference is product philosophy
Mito's current premium families move from four wavelengths in MitoPRO+ to six in MitoPRO X and eight in MitoADAPT 4.0. Hooga's HG and PRO panel families center on 660 nm red and 850 nm near infrared light, while its ULTRA family adds 630 nm and 810 nm.
Controls matter when you will use them
MitoPRO X adds touchscreen and app controls. MitoADAPT 4.0 adds a wider set of selectable modes. Hooga's ULTRA series adds adjustable brightness, pulse functionality and remote control. Those features are useful only when they change how you plan to use the panel.
Warranty is easy to compare
Hooga currently states a three year manufacturer warranty for its HG, PRO and ULTRA panels. Check Mito's current warranty and return terms for the exact model before ordering because policies can change.

Hooga deserves a close look if you want a straightforward path from simple panels to a more configurable four wavelength line. Mito deserves a close look if the broader wavelength mixes and controls in its current premium families match what you are looking for.
